Article 1  The college of Liberal Arts established the “Min-Nan Culture Studies Center of National Cheng Kung University” (hereafter, the Center) for promoting the research of Min-Nan culture.
Article 2 Mission of The Center:
1.  Integrate resources of research domestically and abroard.
2.  Establish the data base of Min-Nan culture.

3.  Explore the research topics of Min-Nan culture, and cultivate young scholars to put the effort on Min-Nnan culture.
4.  Promote other researches related to he Min-Nan Cultue

Article 3 One chief director for coordinating fairs of the Center. The candidate of the chief director, above Associate Professor, is recommended by the President of the college of Liberal Arts and hired by the Principle of school for a year of a term.

Article 4 The chief director may engage one executive of the Center for one year of a term.

Article 5 The Center requires establishing a Council Committee for providing advices for the basis of decisions. The chief director should be both the chairman and committee of the Council Committee and each department of the college of Liberal Arts should assign one person for the member of the committee. The college can engage two to three committee members from outside of the campus if the chief director needs. Members of the Council Committee serve three years for a term (Consecutive term is allowed). The meetings of the Council Committee should be held at least two times per semester.

Article 6 If the Center needed for engaging number of faculties, three years per term, and may extent the serving term.

Article 7 The Council Committees are voluntary but should provide transportation and participation fees for committees from out of campus.

Article 8   This regulation had been approved in the College affair conference and had been practice after the approval of reference in Directors’ meeting.
