The purpose of the development of tea ceremony and food culture is to find resources to expand and optimize the status quo of food, and to promote the diversification of ways to develop food culture and tea culture. This lecture mainly introduces the current situation of Chinese tea culture and the tradition and innovation of Chinese tea culture driven by tea ceremony. To promote the development of Chinese tea culture and Chinese food culture, it is proposed to promote the optimization and multiple innovations of the catering industry and tea culture, explore the relationship between multiple cultures, lead the development of Chinese tea culture, optimize the content of tea culture, promote economic development, and improvement of people's lives.
